The Left Always Accuses Conservatives of Things It Is Doing

Yesterday I was on the road, working, and listening to the Glenn Beck monologue where he kept quoting a   Time Magazine article about the secret cabal composed of Big Tech, Big Business, Big Labor along with BLM and Antifa to rig the election. Oh, of course they used the term "fortify" instead of "rig." And of course, all this was done in the name of saving "democracy" from the people, the demos. Nonetheless, it is an astonishing article. If you haven't read it, I suggest you do.

So, those of us who have been saying all along that the vote was rigged, who have analyzed the data and have been showing and talking about the anomalies, and the people who have talked about and shown film footage of ballots being stuffed were not conspiracy theorists. They were in fact conspiracy factualists. So, the calls to invested not the rigging of the election, but the people who were talking about it ring hollow, don't they?  This reminds me of the effort, on a smaller scale, to Bork Judge Bork. The subsequent book gloating about it, reveals a Left that has given in to the vile and evil side of human nature.

Today, at the American Thinker Monica Showalter has a post again highlighting the Time magazine article entitled Hubris: Elites brazenly gloat they rigged election...and that's good news for us. She goes on to discuss the article in greater detail.

"There was a conspiracy"? "Not rigging, but fortifying? Changed the rules? Did a campaign against misinformation, meaning, suppressed the New York Post story about Hunter Biden? “Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated”? 

This is some creepy-ass gloating from leftists who have obviously won and would like us to know.

That's going to be their downfall, but right now, they don't know.

Ball's idea, of course, is to claim that big corporate, big tech and the rest of the co-conspirators who brought us doddering puppet Joe Biden were actually heroes. They're like suddenly beloved hedge funds of GameStop fame. They saved "democracy" from the demos, but claim they "saved" us from President Trump. Because, after all, us peons can't help ourselves, we just keep voting for Trump. Being big-hearted and all, they saved us from ourselves. Which kind of sums up what Ball's story is about.

Bad as that sounds, it's good news, too. It's intelligence. It's someone opening up their secret files like WikiLeaks used to do to John Podesta to give us their battle plans. The spin is (edited), but the truth is out. And with that in mind, we now know we're not conspiracy theorists, we now know we have a gloating enemy convinced their victory is total. It's as if we now have their game plan and now know what to look for, come 2022, to counter it. Knowledge after all, is power. But they're too dumb to know this. Even Antifa knows enough to keep these kinds of secret battle plans, memberships, victories and techniques out of the news, denying everything, convincing us they're just "an idea" but not these guys. That's what's good news for us. They've come out of the woodwork to do a victory dance. But we now know who the opponent is and are no longer battling an invisible enemy.

Now that they have come out and we can see the full panoply of powerful groups that made up the conspiracy to stymie the will of the American people, we can take small actions. For example, when it make sense, get out of that Verizon phone contract where they are giving money to Planned Parenthood and get Patriot Mobile instead. Patriot Mobile doesn't use your money against you. Similarly, disengage from facebook. Why allow yourself to be used by Leftists? Don't you have better things to be doing, like calling and talking to those you "friended" on facebook on you Patriot Mobile phone. Why buy your stuff from Wal er Chinamart? The less we are on facebook, the less money facebook is making. And believe me, we want to starve it to death. We also need to begin cleaning up the Republican party. Get involved in your local party decisions.

Oh, and once again the Left has shown us that it always accuses us of what it is doing.  

NY Times Proposes Ministry of Truth

Orwell is rolling over in his grave.

 If you are of an age when history was taught using actual true events, both the beautiful and the ugly, and when literature in this country included the great works of English writings, we all had to read George Orwell's book 1984 .  1984 was intended to be a cautionary tale. However, it seems to have become a how-to manual for the Left. If you haven't read it, I urge you to obtain a copy while you can, before Farenheit 451 comes to life as well.

The reason I am remembering 1984 because of an article at Zero Hedge entitled NY Times Calls for Biden to Appoint "Reality Czar" to Fight "Misinformation." Note that this comes from the people who believe that a man can become a woman by a simple delaration. Indeed, that someone can change his or her sex at all. These are the people who believe that the riots this past summer were "mostly peaceful" even though they resulted in destruction in the billions of dollars, while the January 6 riots were more horrific than even 9/11. These are the people who believe that inanimate objects actually cause crime rather than the people committing the crime. And they act on these beliefs by trying to get rid of guns. These people clearly do not live in the real world so any discussion by them of "reality" is rich indeed.

Typical of the Left, they want to redefine "reality" to be not what is actual or true, but to be whatever happens to be politically correct today.  "Reality" it seems can change tomorrow, and you better keep up on the latest "reality."  This is exactly what the "Ministry of Truth" used to push on the people of Oceana in 1984 The analogy truly is exact. Doesn't anybody read Orwell anymore?

Mark Robinson Fights Back

Andrea Widburg has made a national story out of something that heretofore had been a local story.  Widburg has the story in a post at the American Thinker in a post entitled North Carolina's Lt. Governor shows how to fight back against a corrupt media. As an aside, I voted for Mark Robinson, and so far it appears to have been the right vote.

As always, I urge you, gentle reader, to go to Widburg's hyperlinked article, read the article, and listen to the two videos as well. These videos will give you a sense of the man. He is fearless, and knows true history. I was impressed that he brought out that it wasn't the Republican's who had formed, supported, and protected the KKK. Indeed, Republicans in the post bellum South were targets of the KKK as were blacks and Catholics.  The cartoon published by WRAL.com was both offensive and ignorant, and dare I say it, racist. The fact that a teacher. who should know better, drew this cartoon makes one wonder what kind of garbage he is teaching.

One other things to point out here:  Mark Robinson is North Carolina's first black person elected to the Lt. Governor's office. Liberals and the Left are always going on about the first this or that so called "oppressed" minorities. I certainly read a biography of aviator Amelia Earhart as a young teen and I was impressed. I read a number of biographies, including one of George Washington Carver (invented peanut butter, but was more impressive than that), and Benjamin Franklin. But the thing that impressed me then, as now, is not that they each represented different races, but that they performed feats in their various fields that are very much human.  The fact that they were a "first" is not the part that should impress, in other words.

I voted for Mark Robinson because he seems to be someone who will fight for my views and my rights. I did not know about supposed anti Jewish prejudice, and I hope if he has such, that his views have modified. As a Christian, I very much look at the Jews as a pioneering people, bringing the word of the Living God into the world and preserving it for all mankind.

Covid Vaccines

H. P. Smith at the American Thinker today reports on a white paper published by America's Frontline Doctors on COVID Vaccines They note that the new vaccines us a technology called messanger RNA, which has not been approved for any disease. As such, they are experimental vaccines for exigent purposes.

A few key highlights from the paper: First, all three vaccine candidates -- from Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Moderna -- are still experimental and investigational. Pfizer, in its own executive summary to the FDA on December 10, 2020 calls it “...an investigational Covid-19 vaccine.”

The experimental vaccines from both Pfizer and Moderna utilize mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) which instructs the body’s cells on manufacturing proteins. It is technology that has not “ever been approved for any disease, or even entered final-stage trials until now.” There have been no independently published animal studies on any of the vaccines, and it is not yet known what effects they will have on the elderly, the very young, or women who are pregnant or might become pregnant in the near future. I’d say those are important groups whose safety is critical.

The point of the white paper is not to say that people shouldn’t get the shots; it is merely to inform people of the reality of the situation, such as the possibility that the vaccines may cause worse spread of the virus via asymptomatic carriers. Those vaccinated may think it is safe to be around others when it actually isn’t. People should be given all the facts before making a decision for themselves or their families. At this stage, do people getting a shot even know which shot they are getting?

America’s Frontline Doctors are also circulating a petition against the possible future mandating of the vaccine. Rumors have been spreading that there may come a time when employers, schools, airlines, and even concert venues may require proof of vaccination, which would be illegal on many levels, not the least of which is the access by third parties to people’s private medical data. What happened to “my body, my choice?”

I have never been an early adopter of any new technology.  But even so, I have to wonder whether a virus that has a survival rate of 99.7% or higher really needs a vaccine?  Indeed, I wonder why the panic over the Wuhan Flu?  After all, there are more deadly killers out there.  Heart disease, cancer kill far more  Could it be that the Wuhan Flu was seized upon to inject a Communist dictatorship into the United States?  Indeed, I wonder if in fact the virus was made specifically for that purpose?  They are just questions, but I would like to answer some of them.

Whom Do you trust?

A final thought for the day: You can not trust a government that doesn't trust you.

The concept of course applies to the carrying of guns for self defense and other lawful purposes. North Carolina grudgingly trusts you if they run a criminal background check on you every 5 years, pay to have that criminal background check run, and take your finger prints. How many crimes have been solved by this procedure is unknown, but I suspect it is a vanishingly small percentage.  Criminals after all don't seek permits but carry anyway, and not for lawful purposes.  I therefore reserve the right to begrudgingly trust the government to the same degree.

The concept also applies elsewhere as well. For example, take the current scene at the Capitol. There are uniformed troops patrolling the nations capitol with honest to goodness "assault" weapons. AR-15s are not assault rifles, but the rifles carried by our troops are capable of full automatic fire. Didn't we hear from the Democrats that weapons of war do not belong on the nation's streets?  But now they seem to want them on those same streets.  And what is with the barbed wire fence around the Capitol Building?  Who, or what are they protecting from whom?

Given President Asterisk's desire to pass major gun control, and the many and varied bills to take away guns, all of which violate the Second Amendment's clear words, suggests that the Democrat party as a whole doesn't trust the people.  By the corollary above, you should not trust them either.

But the fact that the Democrats now feel the need to have a barbed wire fence around the Capitol with armed troops patrolling it also suggests a lack of confidence, of weakness.  Of course we feel that the election was stolen.  But these moves suggest they also believe it.

Hmmm.  It's just a thought.  

Selwyn Duke: Nullification

 Today at the American Thinker Selwyn Duke has a useful piece entitled The Fight That Lies Between Status Quo and Secession that points the way for conservatives to resist the Leftist take over of the country. I s there a solution short of simply seceding? While Duke doesn't take up the issue, many other have, and they concluded that secession would not work. The nature of our disagreements are philosophical. The people we work with, our neighbors may be among those who disagree with us. It would be impossible to define separate areas for leftists to live in one area, and for conservatives to live in another. Instead, what Duke points to is nullification.

The cure of nullification is the obvious next step for anyone serious about combating the burgeoning leftist tyranny. We’ve no other recourse. “As Jefferson warned, if the federal government is allowed to hold a monopoly on determining the extent of its own powers, we have no right to be surprised when it keeps discovering new ones,” wrote author Thomas E. Woods, Jr.

Under this scenario, the federal government “will continue to grow – regardless of elections, the separation of powers, and other much-touted limits on government power,” he continued.

Suke sets the table by defining the situation as we find it on the ground:

With a stolen election, stolen culture, stolen courts and stolen dreams, many Americans are realizing that rule by the Left, absolutely corrupt even without absolute power, is unthinkable. Talk of secession, something continually entertained in various states throughout history, is again in the air. The problem is that for the most part, we’ve been supinely submissive in the face of burgeoning leftist tyranny. So it would help if there were something between secession and our current slouching toward servitude. And there is.

Too many conservatives are also waxing defeatist, saying “The republic is dead; our freedoms are gone.” And, yes, if we continue operating inside the box and being “conservative” — as in status-quo oriented — we can kiss our (remaining) liberties goodbye. But the left isn’t constrained by any box, except what’s physically and politically possible; it doesn’t abide by rules, laws, social codes or conventions except when convenient. So why should we remain in any box except that which is divinely ordained?

Embracing Mao’s sentiment that “[p]olitical power grows out of the barrel of a gun,” the left trades in violence, violence done to political opponents and to our culture, history, heroes, Constitution and just liberties. Now having seized power in government’s executive and legislative branches via the violence of electoral theft, the left aims to use that power to become autocratic.

As to how we should respond, remember: Only power negates power.

We should recognize the last proposition, for it mirrors our own "the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun." Indeed it is a generalization of that statement. Only power can negate power, only force can negate force. But where will we find the power to confront the Federal power? Selwyn Duke answers that question too.

The left has been able to steal a national election (and some down-ballot seats, no doubt) via massive vote fraud in, largely, a handful of big Democrat-run cities. Yet despite all the electoral theft, President Trump still won half the states, some by wide margins. It is these states where power should be exercised.

This said, we have seen some pushback, with county sheriffs in recent times refusing to enforce irrational China virus restrictions and some opposition to anti-Second Amendment proposals. But this effort must become widespread and organized — “Nullification!” must become a rallying cry.

To this end, we need a nullification movement. When state officials, from governor to assemblymen and senators, run for office, the first and last question must be: Will you vow to nullify all unjust federal dictates? If they hem and haw at all, they must be immediately disqualified.

In addition, nullification-disposed states should make a compact with one another so that we can enjoy the strength numbers bring.

Who knows, maybe our Governor, Gov Mini Cuomo Cooper could be convinced to buck some of the Democrat policies if he wants to achieve higher office (cough) president (cough). We have a Republican majority in the legislature. Who knows, this might work.

How dare they! Really, how dare they?

 Yesterday, Kurt Schlichter had an article at  entitled GameStop Lets You See the Matrix in which he notes the similarity of the rigged system in the Matrix to the rigged system on Wall Street. In both cases, once you see the rigged system, you can not un-see it.

There’s nothing more tiresome than hackneyed references to The Matrix, except for the constant propaganda we’re hosed down with by the Establishment and its media lackeys about how everything is groovy in our totally free, free enterprise paradise of freedom and happiness and more freedom. Some of us have been woke for a while, having realized the undeniable truth that the system is rigged for the benefit of a garbage ruling class, whose sole accomplishment is to perpetuate a paradigm in which they maintain power and prestige by controlling institutions they didn’t create or build. Instead, they are cultural trust fund babies, the equivalent of third generation Kennedy brats with substance issues who got into power by getting into the right schools and modeling the right SJW attitudes. These oligarch overseers rely on us to toil in their figurative fields while they sit on their figurative porches, sipping locally-sourced figurative mint juleps.

I say burn it all down and rebuild America into what it is supposed to be, that is, what they tell us it is when they lie to us.

I’m not alone. We’re primed for some conservative anarchy. The normals’ resistance cannot be quelled; the revolution will be Telegrammed. Everyone’s gobbling up red pills, the one medication our incompetent Establishment is fully capable of distributing efficiently and effectively. You drop one and you see the Matrix. You see the lie. You see that it’s all rigged.

Note that what the Reddit group noted was that the short sellers had sold 140% of all outstanding GameStop stock! There was no way that they could buy back 140% of the stock. The corruption of the hedge fund guys here is breathtaking, and they deserved their comeuppance. And the fact that the Reddit guys gathered a group of people to invest in GameStop is no different than the hedge funds themselves. Hedge funds are not individual investors, but instead combine the money of a number of investors. So the argument that the Reddit guys did something nefarious is pure balderdash. The truth is that there is no excuse for shutting down buying GameStop stock in a free and fair system. Instead, what we are seeing is a rigged system favoring the big guy at the expense of the little guy. It is not a good look. 

And please realize that I have no problem with the idea of "shorting" a stock. Shorting is the process by which an investor, noting that a stock is overpriced relative to its fundamentals, pays someone to borrow his shares, then immediately sells those shares, hoping price goes down. If the price does indeed go down, the short seller, also known as a "bear,"  buys the stock and returns it to the person from whom it was borrowed, and takes his profits. If, on the other hand, the price goes up, the bear may have to buy the stock at a higher price than he sold it. The potential losses are theoretically unlimited and bears must have nerves of steel.

That was the revelation of the GameStop Revolution. You’re allowed to put your money into Wall Street and they might let you take some pennies out, but if you try to go big and play at the same level as the anointed, oh no. You don’t get to. The system shuts you down – literally. You can’t buy the hot stock. Does that apply to the hedge fund guys? You think they can’t play after you’ve been sidelined? Come on. It’s blatant market manipulation, but Wall Street owns the Asterisk Administration – Treasury Secretary & Lord High Protector of the Masters of the Universe Janet Yellin took nearly a million bucks to “speak” to the lever-pullers behind the RobinHood app – and the Administration owns the SEC, and do you think it will investigate the hedge funders who changed the rules? No, but look for FBI SWAT teams to be hitting the basements where the Reddit rebels live. That is, right after they bust more conservative meme guys for illegal memes.

And here is the other thing that the elites used to try to hide, but no more. You and I will be put in legal jeopardy for things that aren't even crimes, like generating a meme, while the elites can commit gross crimes and get away with them. The Biden crime family is exhibit A, but before the Biden crime family, there was the Clinton crime family, and of course there was the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme for which nobody has ever been prosecuted.

Sean Davis at The Federalist makes the same point as Schlichter that the real conflict involved in the GameStop issue is populists vs. ruling class. And the ruling class is mad that they have been upstaged by a bunch of nobodies. How dare they! Really, How.Dare.They? Go read both articles.
