Trump is right to go after fraudsters.

 Interesting...

There is news on the election fraud front today.  The first is from  the American Thiner by author Paul Dowling entitled Did President Trump Spring a Trap on Treasonous Democrats on Election Night? Dowling pulls together several threads that have been floating about to weave a tapestry that potentially spells trouble for the Democrats and could mean a second term for Trump.

Reading between the lines, I think Dowling was admitting that the 2016 Trump win was a fluke.  The Democrats tried to put in the fix for Hillary, and the propaganda arm of the Democrat party had promoted Hillary's as being 95% certain.  Hillary's outrage at the loss is especially telling here, because she honestly believed the fix was in.  No wonder she thought Trump had out cheated her, and Democrat Deep State probably thought the same thing.  But how?  Thus, the explanation must be that Trump had had help from the dastardly Russians.

As the story proceeds, we see Trump learning just how the Democrats make sure their candidates win election after election, and drive the country ever leftward.  But, rather than prosecuting the criminals, he put them back out there in the wild to, but kept an eye on them.  In Dowling's telling, Trump fully expected the Democrats to pull out all the stops to elect their doddering old man President, and he set a trap:

After the November 3 presidential election of 2020, a news story broke reporting the seizure of important computer servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Though the event is disputed, what occurred, according to the Gateway Pundit, was this: "[a] unit under the command of USEUCOM (i.e., United States European Command) did in fact conduct an operation to take control of computer servers. But these servers belong to the CIA. ... Such an operation would have been carried out with US law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence." The presence of federal agents of the court would guarantee a chain of legal custody for the servers that would render their data admissible before a judge.
Gina Haspel and Christopher Wray were supposedly not informed of the raid in advance, leaving the CIA and FBI heads necessarily blind to this action and, therefore, unable to interfere. This means that the CIA was certainly the target and that a law enforcement agency unrelated to the FBI, such as the U.S. Marshalls or the Secret Service, was likely used to take control of the evidence. The timely firing of Mark Esper prior to the raid would mean that the oppositional defense secretary was cut off from foreknowledge of the raid and, therefore, would have been unable to disrupt what was going to transpire.
Andrea Widburg is also reporting on this raid at the American Thinker today in a post entitled New reports about election manipulation read like a Tom Clancy novel:
For several days, rumors have swirled that there was a “military” raid in Germany, either against Scytl (the Spanish company that processes American voting data in a facility in Frankfurt, Germany) or against a CIA station that is also located in Germany. On Friday, those rumors coalesced into an affirmative report about the CIA station in Germany.
Mike Adams, who writes at Natural News (which I once thought was a health food newsletter, not a conservative internet news outlet), dropped a bombshell, claiming there was a deadly firefight in Frankfurt between special forces and CIA operatives:
As you know by now, the DoD launched a raid on a CIA-run server farm in Frankfurt, Germany, to secure servers that contain proof of CIA interference with the 2020 election (i.e. backdoor manipulations of election results via Dominion voting machines). But new information is now surfacing that indicates there was a firefight at the server farm facility, involving US Army Special Forces units, engaging with CIA-trained paramilitary units that were flown in from Afghanistan in an emergency effort to defend the facility.
One CIA officer was killed during the firefight, and he is now being reported across the mainstream media as being “killed in Somalia.” Five US Army soldiers were also killed, and they are being explained away as dying in a “helicopter crash” in Egypt.
Despite the deaths, the servers were successfully acquired by the DoD, and those servers were turned over to President Trump’s private intelligence group, which is now once again led by Gen. Michael Flynn, recently pardoned and now allowed to process top secret information, since his security clearance has been restored.
Note that both these authors are doing a lot of speculating. Neither are on the inside, and both are reading tea leaves to try to piece together what is happening. But if you are a Trump supporter, it is exciting to think it may be as these authors are reporting. Rudy Giuliani is taking on the traditional voter fraud such as the grateful dead voting from beyond the grave, and other illegal voting schemes such as simple ballot stuffing. Sidney Powell meanwhile, is working on the cloak and dagger stuff dealing with Dominion Voting Systems and the associated hardware. But this has the potential to upend the Democrats scheme to steal power and set themselves up to permanently rule.

If there are no consequences, they will keep doing it time and time again.  Trump is right to go after all this fraud, wherever it occurs, in whatever form it takes.  Judges who dismiss lawsuits because the numbers will not change the election are wrong.  The American people deserve better.  The deserve to have every legal vote counted, and not to be disenfranchised by fraud.

Do You Want to Live Under Such Sick and Twisted Men

William Sullivan had an article at the American Thinker yesterday entitled Time To Abolish Unconstitutional and Useless Mask Mandates. Of course, the Federal Government has no such power to dictate a mask mandate. Whether the States can make such demands for a public health emergency is more problematic. But we are long past this being an emergency. Oh, and while the media and public health officials seem to treat the Chinese virus as if it were the Bubonic Plague, which killed 30% of the population, the Chinese virus killes 0.02%, making the Chinese virus 1,500 times less deadly.

Still, every Governor has extremely limited emergency powers. The key words here are "extremely limited." After, usually a month or so, the governor who wants to extend such emergency measures must seek legislation. The fact that no Governor has sought such legislation shows that they don't think the legislature would go along.  That is very telling.

But beyond all that is the fact that masks have been shown, again, to be useless in preventing the virus from infecting anyone:
Americans were marvelously struck to find that a new Danish study all but proves that masking is useless. But the real marvel is that Americans managed to be struck by this. Until a few months ago, this fact was common knowledge among our countrymen, the inherited wisdom earned from a masking craze that took hold in the Spanish flu epidemic. Seemingly overnight, we'd forgotten what accepted scientific evidence had shown us for a century: that masks don't do much to help slow or limit respiratory viral spread.
The evidence that this year's reversal of scientific consensus is flawed exists all around us. Mask adherence is quite high in America and has been since at least the summer. Perhaps that's why states with mask mandates do not fare any better than states without mask mandates. But beyond that correlation, the only other significant conclusion to be drawn, as positive tests explode around the country, is that all this masking hasn't been the panacea we have all been promised by politicians and public health officials.
But what masks lack in practical efficacy, they make up for in political virtue. Not only do they serve as a constant public reminder that the deadliest plague in our lifetimes is among us (this is simply and provably untrue) and that your family and neighbors are the vectors, but they are a sign of your absolute submission to the technocratic status quo.
It is hard to see what has happened this year as anything other than a desperate scheme for control by totalitarian progressives. Consider how we've witnessed the dominoes fall.
And here, finally, is the real answer. They are trying to impose social control over all of us. Inside every progressive is a totalitarian screaming to get out, right? But more than that, they want to be able to telll you wnat legal businesses you can engage in, where you can travel, with whom you may meet, and of course what religious services you can attend.

But truly, the list of things they want to be able to command you to do is endless. They don't believe, as our Founders did, that your rights are granted by God, and not government tyrants. By giving into their demands, we simply embolden the tyrants, who will keep adding demands. For historical examples, look up such personages as Stalin, Mao, Gaddafi, Chavez or Castro.  Do you really want to live under such sick and twisted men?  More to the point, do you want to die after being tortured for not following their arbitrary rules?

Happy Thanksgiving

I have to keep my anger under control, because the fact that the Democrat party has become the party of the Left and in the process, has truly become the party of evil, is still not widely known.  If you get your news and view of the world from the MSM, you are getting only half of the story.  But, the truth is that the Democrat party has indeed become the party of the Left, and truly is attempting to destroy Christianity, and Judaism just as they tried in the old Soviet Union, and the are doing in Communist China today.

For a clear eyed look at what the Democrat party has become, please read The Difficualt Way Forward, by Tom Meyer at the American Thinker today:
It used to be said that America was fortunate in that its politics were played between the 40-yard lines: that we agreed on the most important things and argued over the details within a small range of policies. That hasn’t been true for many years, the playing field being stretched as far as it can go. But the problem now is not that the playing field has expanded, the game itself has changed. The object of the game as well as the rules, are practiced very differently by the two sides.
Republicans are still playing the old politics about governmental efficiency and improving the American people’s lives. The Democrats are trying to destroy America and assume unlimited power over the American people. Republicans do everything within the confines of the Constitution and law. The Democrats are lawless and recognize no standard or precedent.
We should not persist in thinking of today’s Democrats as the American political party of old: Andrew Jackson, FDR, Harry Truman, JKF, etc. It is a radical atheist revolutionary party, more akin to the Nazi Party of Germany or the Communist Party of the Soviet Union than the Republican Party of today. The Democrats are utterly corrupt, power mad, and pitiless. They are trying to destroy the institutions of its country and replace them with totalitarianism. They do not wish to serve the American people, for whom they have nothing but contempt; they wish to enslave us.
Please go read the whole thing. Then read it again. Readers must understand that what is happening now is a revolution. Oh, so far it is a revolution with few deaths, but that is only because a large body count puts the "masses" off. They need to wait until the control everything to start with the "show trials" and "re-education camps" as well as just plain old executions. If they succeed, you can bet the bank that these and other unpleasantness will follow.

All the preceding is to set up the fact that one of the things the Left intends to do is eliminate Christmas, Thanksgiving, which are important holidays marking beloved points in the Liturgical year, but of course, the also intend to eliminate our celebration of the central remembrance for Christians, the celebration of Easter.  And now, I am not talking about Easter bunnies that deliver eggs (whoever thought that rabbits laid eggs?)

Fay Voshell has an article today at the  American Thinker entitled First The Came For Thanksgiving; Now They Are Coming For Christmas
If readers are finding a certain commonality among the former apparatchiks of the USSR, the communist overlords of CCP and the killers of Thanksgiving and Christmas cheer in America, perhaps it is because they see killjoys like Oregon’s and California’s governors just may be under the influence of similar socialist/communist ideologies. All variants of such ideologies specialize in suffocating joy.
Of course, they can try, but Christians know how it will turn out, and so we are necessarily joyful. But the future looks bleak, and Christians necessarily may be worried for their children and grand children. I know I am. But we must, MUST resist. Each day I pray, I lay my concerns before my God, but then leave it with the prase "not my will, but Your Will be done." Still, sometimes Christians can feel that the Church doesn't necessarily have their backs:
Also worthy of note: By and large, the church did not stand up to protect its right to celebrate Easter. We can charitably assume many clergy were operating under the illusion that the Covid-19 crisis would pass and that things would soon return to normal. The initial threat may have been seen as exceedingly ominous. It seemed understandable that services were temporarily suspended for a few weeks.
But now?
Surely now church leaders can see Covid-19 regulations and directives are a mask for dictatorial measures. If they don’t, they may be either willfully blind or allied with the Left. One thing is clear: Tyrannical governors and mayors are using the fear of the virus to make sure the bulk of the populace are paralyzed from gathering together in any way, including gathering to worship.
Unfortunately, the church has long been subject to secularist ideological infiltration. But now, literally muted by the orders of state and city governors bent on suppressing freedom of religion, it may be assumed that once again, there won’t be much opposition when and if Christmas is cancelled. Instead, might the State expect full cooperation with all its directives?
It appears it will remain for the Christian underground and other resistors to stand up and be counted. It will be the task of Christians to understand the Left is and always has been committed to the death of God and of joy. Certainly, those who believe the celebration of the incarnation of Christ should not be impeded by the State must stand up.

There may be some good news, as long as the Supreme Court remains with a conservative majority.  In New York, the Beckett Fund for Religious Liberty has a suit pending in the Supreme Court   The story can be found at The Federalist entitled Will The Supreme Court Finally Defend Religions Liberty From Pandemic Tyrants? We shall see. But whether or not the Supreme Court upholds the Constitution of not, We must answer to a higher power. Today, we give thanks for all the blessings God has given us. But we must also go forth as happy warriors of Christ.

Happy Thanksgiving. Now, I have to get ready for some turkey.

Right Now, I Have No Confidence That Biden Is Our Choice.

So, someone who has a bit of experience trying cases in court points out that  There's a case for Sidney Powell's circumstantial evidence. That someone is former prosecutor Robert Kirk, writing today at the American Thinker

While every talking head on the media, including Fox News, keeps saying there is no evidence, what they have discounted is affidavits from people who have witnessed these things, and the evidence of statisticians, who can prove that the election was indeed stolen. These are the same statistical methods used by our own State Department in analyzing foreign elections.
Ms. Powell’s summary of the facts, as presented at last Thursday’s press conference and as expounded upon during the past few days, is the kind and quality of substantial evidence, which, if presented to a jury, would easily result in a unanimous verdict by all twelve jurors, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the re-election of Donald J Trump was stolen through the use of the Dominion voting software systems installed in states throughout our country.
For those who want a refresher on that evidence, I recommend Joe Hoft’s excellent article published Nov. 23 in Gateway Pundit where he summarizes not only our common-sense observations regarding the national enthusiasm for Donald Trump in comparison to Basement Joe, but also provides a litany of expert and statistical analyses, including that by MIT Ph.D. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai all converging on one inescapably reasonable conclusion: the election was stolen.
Some may argue that we have no “direct” evidence such as the data from the servers. The only evidence Trump has is “circumstantial” such as the opinions of the experts.
In my work as a prosecutor, many of my cases were won solely on “circumstantial evidence.” A seminal rule of criminal law and one of which every juror in a criminal case is instructed informs the jury that “… Both direct and circumstantial evidence are acceptable types of evidence. … Neither is entitled to any greater weight than the other.”
I understand that even 30% of Democrats believe the election was stolen. Whether it changes the election results, and I hope it does, we still need to get to the bottom of this. We can not have elections where we can not trust the results. If we can not trust elections results, can we feel that the person doing things supposedly in our name really has the authority to do them?  Right now, I have no such confidence.

Stop Being A Bunch Of Soy Boys

We have two to share today.  The first up is an article at the  American Thinker by Eric Utter entitled From "Don't tread on me" to obsequiousness Utter is expressing my own feel that somehow men have become, or at least are being treated as children. And guess what, they are playing the part! We seem to have become a nation of soy boys.

As a result, too many sheeple people have no idea what’s happening around them.
...snip...
What is most remarkable to me, however, is that the majority of people don’t see that masks are, literally, an in-your-face symbol of our rulers’ control over us. They tell us to cover our mouths and shut the hell up, and the vast majority of us do as we are told, unquestioningly. Unbelievable. Even some Europeans have been revolting against mask mandates. But we Americans have been good little compliant chumps. (Except for Antifa and BLM, but those groups are anti-American and, as such, are sanctioned by our elite Democratic politicians and their sycophants in the media.)
Does anyone seriously believe Washington, Adams, Madison, Franklin, Jefferson, et. al., would have donned masks had George III mandated that the colonists do so? Inside their own homes as Pennsylvania now demands of its citizens? The answer to that question goes a long way towards unmasking why our leftist leaders detest them so much.
Americans have gone from telling oppressive governments “Don’t Tread on Me” to telling them: “You want me to obstruct my breathing apparatus and never leave my home for a year or two? Okay, I’ll do it. Anything else, master?”
As I said, it seems as if we have become a bunch of soy boys. And our Democrat overlords certainly hope it's true. Fortunately, as I drive around the State, the further away from Raleigh you get, the less people seem to be wearing masks. However, I see far too many waling outside or riding bicycles wearing masks. May their chains rest lightly on their shoulders.

Secondly, there is an article at The Federalist by NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch entitled Politictians Aren't Canceling TheirCelebrations and Gatherings, And Neither Am I. Loesch writes about the tragic effects of the lockdowns on family and friends. In my own case, I have an aunt who died during the summer, and whose funeral was a zoom meeting. My niece recently got married, but my brother and his wife were kept away by a travel ban issued by the Governor of Pennsylvania. One envisions State Police standing guard at the borders asking for "Papers please?" This isn't Constitutional and probably there is no authority for such a ban, but that doesn't stop these Democrat tyrants.

Loesch writes poignantly of the effects the lockdowns have had on her own family.  She points out that her children need contact with the rest of the family.  More importantly, they need the examples she and other family members provide.  I could not help but identify with Loesch's family.

She closes with this:
More than anything else, I am sick of being told I don’t have the right of risk when risk is part of freedom. I will not be lectured by people who say that eating in a restaurant with health protocols is riskier than shutting down the largest economy in the world. I won’t be bullied by bureaucrats who say it’s risker to reopen schools than to force an entire generation into lockdown for nearly a year, stunting them in every way but loneliness. I will not be shamed by lawmakers who don’t follow their own rules. I won’t be preached at by pundits too purposefully obtuse to see nuance over their partisanship.
I am going to host my parents for Thanksgiving, and I hope to host my in-laws for Christmas. I will continue living as a free and responsible American with liberties for which my family has taken bullets and mine shards, until the day comes that our government wants to stage a modernized version of 1776 by trying to end that perfectly wonderful freedom.
And, of course, that is always what the tyrants say, "It's for your own good. We'll take the risk for you, so you don't have to." But, here's the thing. Tjese Governors can't take the risks for us, for anything. There is no such thing as a risk free life. Indeed, weighing risks and rewards is the job of every adult. In claiming to take on the risk, or eliminate it, they try to infantilize us.

Given that the virus has a 99.98% survival rate, and given that masks have not been shown to stop the spread of the virus, we should resist the mask mandates and the lockdowns.  Moreover, we should celebrate and give thanks this Thanksgiving holiday.  Oh, and stop being a bunch of soy boys.

More Cold Fury

Speaking of cold fury, there is a blog by that name,  Cold Fury, whose subtitle is "harshing your mellow" or during the holidays, "bah-ing your humbug," but I digress.

At Cold Fury there is an article taken from a post at OpsLens entitled Do What You're Told Hypocrisy.
When Americans realize that these mandates really have nothing to do with safety and health, but everything to do with compliance and control, is it really supposed to shock or disturb us when they tell the government to get bent?
Am I supposed to believe the same media that suppressed the biggest story in our lifetime about how a father used his son as a money mule to cash out on a Ponzi scheme with foreign adversaries to this country as he compromised the national security of America and sold us out as the Vice President of the United States? The same media that prematurely called an election for the highest office in the world, ignoring the fact that no state had certified their poll numbers, massive fraud is suspected and men married to Democratic senators sit on the board of directors of a computer company that supposedly mistakingly glitched taking votes away from Donald Trump and giving them to Joe Biden?
You know, so forgive me if I don’t cower before my master, cover my face with a mask that isn’t backed up by any scientific data, close down my business and lock myself inside for the winter because I’m told to by the same people who’ve attempted multiple times to unseat a duly elected president by manufacturing lies about racism, misogyny and Ukrainian phone calls while corrupt establishment deep state politicians organize a fourth attempt at a coup de’ etat.
Please go read the whole thing. The sarcasm and snark of the article matches the in your face hypocrisy of the media and the Governors issuing these "orders." In many cases there is no, or quite suspect authority for them. To be sure, Governors have temporary authority when public safety is threatened. But clearly, at this point, public safety is not threatened, yet these weasels continue to pretend it is so they have a fig leaf to cover their fascistic orders. It all just adds to the cold fury building in half the country.

Cold Fury

Andrea Widburg at the American Thinker has another article discussing Sydney Powell's interviews, this time with Glenn Beck and with Newsmax. The article is entitled Sydney Powell has expanded on the scope of the Dominion scam. I think Widburg does a good job of presenting the facts, as they are now known, and includes the two interviews as well. I can't add anything to these, so I urge readers to read the article, and watch the two interviews.  Powell, by the way, plans to file a Federal lawsuit this coming week, which will answer to which case the various affidavits are evidence.

Rather than tell you what Widburg has already said, let me take time to express my anger. Powell expresses her anger, and I sense that she, a lawyer, may be at a loss for words. For myself, my anger is of the type known as "cold fury." I have in the past been at the stage of slow boil, but now with these revelations, I have become icy cold.

That this system has been used who knows where around the world, to elect which undeserving Socialist candidate is upsetting.  (And make no mistake, Dominion was created to elect Socialists.)  That it is turned on the United States to put a doddering old man in the early stages of senility, and his incredibly unappealing partner with no ideas of her own  in the White House is terrifying.  And note that Powell indicates that some of the apparent hundreds of affiants may have to hire body guards because their lives and those of their loved ones are at risk.  What does that say about the Democrat party, that they would stoop to murder to preserve their ill gotten gains.  Sounds like we are taking about the mafia, not a political party.

Meanwhile, every news outlet is saying that Biden is the President Elect, and that Trump should concede.  I, for one, do not think he should concede, and I am very disappointed with Fox News.  There were an acknowledged 73 million Trump voters, and if Powell is correct, that number may be as high as 80 million.  Do we not deserve to feel that our votes were counted fair a square?  In other words, that no fraudulent ballots cancelled our votes?   No dead voters, for example.  Or double voters.  Or even worse, having someone else steal a voters identity and vote in their name.  There are apparently affiants who have attested to that fact.  Even more, that there was were no shenanigans with the counting of ballots by partisan poll workers?  I don't even think I can trust the Left wing MSM to tell me the honest truth about today's weather forecast, let alone give me the straight scoop on the Chinese virus.  How then can I trust what they say about President Trump?

Then there are the law enforcement agencies that apparently have known that Dominion exists, that it is designed to rig elections, and yet have allowed it to be purchased by 28 States.  This is, literally, foreign interference in American elections...for real...not some trumped up Russia collusion hoax.   Yet none have done a thing about any of it.  Oh, and, who knows, it may be a coincidence, but Dominion had offices in the same Toronto building as a Soros group.  Don't think law enforcement didn't know that too?  How is it that Soros, who has allegedly done so many wicked crimes throughout the world, is still operating?  He must be the luckiest man alive.  But of course we all know he is not that lucky.  If you or I did the things he has done, we would have been jailed for life at the very least.  You draw your own conclusions.

And then, there is William Barr and the Durham investigation.  2 years, several million dollars, and one single indictment of a low level lawyer.  All of the principals, get off scot free.  Are these guys free to come back in a Biden administration?  Where is the justice?

Further, I don't think I am alone in feeling this way.  I suspect there a 70 million others who feel the same way.  Republicans, are you listening?  We are not going away.

Incidentally, Kurt Schlichter's novel Peoples Republic is beginning to look like the manual for how to govern a country rather than a cautionary tale.

The Evidence Of A Coup Is Overwhelming

Sydney Powell lays out for the public the evidence she will present in court.  The full statement can be found at Townhall.com in a post by Katie Pavlich entitled Sydney Powell: Trump Won In A Landslide, And We're Going To Prove It. Gentle readers, all two of you, I urge you to listen to the entire presser at the bottom of the page. Contrary to what the Left keeps insisting, that there is no evidence, the evidence is actually overwhelming. I do believe that the Left is attempting a coup.

Update: In addition, the American Partisan has an extensive analysis of the 2020 election right here. As always, the statistical analysis is pretty convincing, but the analysis of Dominion software is disturbing.

Why we keep moving leftward

As a Constitutional conservative, I have wondered for years why it is that no matter how we vote, our country nevertheless marches in a leftward direction.  The latest example is, of course, Obamacare.  It is a deeply unpopular program.  The DemocRats shoved it down our throats.  We were so outraged we turned the Congress over to the Republicans, on the assurance that they would repeal it.  Surprise, it is still around.  Indeed, every socialist idea is still around, and often the stupid party adds to them.  None of them, from Social Security, to Medicare and Medicaid, and the Great Society give aways has ever been repealed.  Why is that?

Allen Gindler finally has the answer at the American Thinker today entitled News Flash: Most Republicans Are Socialist, Too

The poison of socialism has been injected continuously into the healthy body of American capitalism since the first part of the 20th century. You may be surprised, but the obligatory minimum wage rate is socialism; the proportional taxation system is socialism; rampant unionization including law enforcement and government employees is socialism; even mandatory car insurance is socialism. The list can go on for several pages. Evolutionary socialism has been overlooked and has now penetrated all spheres of life. Now we vividly see the dramatic changes in the educational system, which became the indoctrination machine; in media, which became a socialist propaganda wing; and in Hollywood, which became an adherent of Soviet socialist realism.
...snip...
The hidden evolutionary path is coming to an end, and Democrats have shown their real intentions. Either the left is establishing socialism, or the American people will finally defeat them. But here is the problem that brings us to the second explanation of the current struggle. Socialists were able to bring in pieces of socialism and reform the country's laws because the U.S. has lacked a robust right-wing party. It could be argued that the Republican Party is the right, but their position on the right is simply relative to that of the Democrats. Across the political spectrum, Republicans are center-left at best. They could neither recognize nor roll back the socialist transformation in American society. If they were genuinely right, we would not be fighting socialism in the early 21st century.
The actual right party is a party that advocates for individual and economic freedom, supports the American constitution, and recognizes American exceptionalism. Perhaps the American people still hold to these ideas, but the Republican Party does not reflect them in their deeds...
We need to find more candidates that believe in individual rights, and the Constitution. I really can't think of anyone, other than Ted Cruz who pays attention to the Constitution. Perhaps Rand Paul. But there is a lot that the Federal Government gets into that is none of the Federal Government's business, including abortion, any form of charity at taxpayer expense such as Social Security, any form of welfare. The Citizen's United decision was decided correctly because it followed the Constitution. Obergefell v. Hodges on the other hand was not.

Wearing a Mask Does Not Protect the Wearer From the Chinese Virus

Another study finds that  wearing a mask doesn't protect the wearer from the Chinese virus The study, reported by Jordan Davidson at The Federalist found that:

While mask-wearing has been advertised by health officials all around the world, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the Danish researchers found that there was no statistically significant difference between wearing a mask or not in preventing people from contracting COVID-19.
So, if you want to wear a mask, be my guest. But don't tell me that you are saving the world, or protecting yourself. Frankly, I look at the wearing of masks, particularly outside, as being akin to the young man who was banging a drum on the street corner. When a nice lady asked him why, he said he was scaring away the elephants. The lady replied that there are no elephants around here. He young man then replied "See, it's working!" People wear them as some kind of magic talisman. Resist.

Pray for President Trump and the United States

At the  American Partisam today there is a post entitled The Great Reset Hits Prime Time. You have heard about the Great Reset, right? You do realize that the Great Reset is designed to place the entire world under a Socialist, Marxist tyranny with of course, a designated elite in control. It is, as George Carlin said, a big club and you ain't in it.

Take a look at the included article by Matt Bracken. Yes, it is long, but you need to realize that this is serious. There may be no more elections, or at least elections where your vote might actually count. The pictures are, frankly, disgusting in the horror of the scenes. That people can do these things to other people is profoundly disturbing. But make no mistake that these are historical events. And they have all been perpetrated by people who have been led through a series of more and more radicaliztions by their elites.  And it is happening now to our children in America.  Further, the target is YOU.

Antifa and BLM are in the extreme minority.  But they have been led to believe that you are absolutely evil, and that anything they do to you is justified because of that evil.  Logic has nothing to do with it either.  For if you don't believe in God, then how can you believe that there is such a thing as evil.  But then, nothing about the Left has anything to do with logic.  Instead, it is all about power.

Meanwhile, please note that:
There was a reason that the 2nd Amendment was placed in the Constitution. The mere attempt to regulate it, minimize it, restrict it or impede in the free exercise of it, is a FULL-ON screeching alert that tyranny is present.
And no. I am not talking about the latest encroachments. I am talking about the first encroachments back in the early 1900’s. I am also talking about the FAILURE of our elected officials in allowing all this encroachment.
We need to pray for the President, because he is fighting for us. And we need to pray for the United States, that it does not fall to the socialists. But just in case...well...you know the rest.

Update:   Chris Talgo asks What Is The Great Reset? He then proceeds to answer that question.
For starters, let us venture to the origin of the Great Reset: The World Economic Forum (WEF). According to the WEF, “There is an urgent need for global stakeholders to cooperate in simultaneously managing the direct consequences of the COVID-19 crisis. To improve the state of the world, the World Economic Forum is starting The Great Reset initiative.”
So, “global stakeholders,” aka elites connected to WEF and other worldwide organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), would like to take it upon themselves to “improve the state of the world.” Apparently, WEF and IMF bigwigs do not suffer from humility.
So, once again, so called elites plan to take over the lives of all of us, with once size fits all solutions to problems they determine. What could go wrong? Isn't this how the Soviets came up with that silly little car? Or, what about the failed 5 year plans? The economy is made not by top down plans put forth by preening "experts," but by individual insight, genius, and sweat equity.

Capitalism is simply the way business has been done since people first appeared. One person needed say, obsidian for arrow points, while another had plenty of obsidian but needed skins for clothing. They each traded what they had for what they needed, and both profited from the transaction. It really is no different today. I certainly do not agree with either Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos, but they each provided a product at a reasonable price that people wanted to buy. They made their money honestly, and more power to them. I don't believe that the people who want to rule us can say the same thing about themselves...

The Smell Test Says It's A Coup Attempt

I have been out of pocket the last few days, for which I apologize to gentle readers.  However, pressing business has kept me from my duties here.  In any case, I am here now, and the first up is Andrea Widburg, at the  American Thinker entitled Sydney Powell Gives Details on the Election Fraud Karaken Widburg writes:

A few days ago, Sidney Powell said that the Trump team would release the Kraken (a mythical giant squid that shatters sailing ships) against the election results that claim Biden won. On Sunday, Powell spelled out what this Trump Kraken looks like – and she vouches for its existence. Based on the details she imparted, the Biden dinghy (for it’s certainly not a ship of state) isn’t just going to take on water; it’s going to a long-deserved rendezvous with Davy Jones’s locker.
Powell, who has been working to save General Flynn from the morass his first attorneys, who were compromised, led him into, is now part of President Trump’s post-election team. On Friday, she appeared on the Lou Dobbs show and memorably said, “I’m going to release the Kraken.”
Please go and listen to Powell's statement on Lou Dobbs.

I, of course, have nothing that can "prove" that the election was stolen, except a well trained nose.  I had a boss once who used the phrase that something we were considering "didn't pass the smell test," by which he meant that a reasonable person, considering all the evidence before him, would believe that the story being given was false, or that it smelled rotten. One of the things I learned to use was statistics.  There are statistical probabilities, and then there are statistical improbabilities.  There are no statistical impossibilities.  But when the probabilities become vanishingly small, one can say with 99 point something percent certainty that an event did not happen.  That is the kind of proof I have.

Considering the size of Trump rallies, the number of such and the fact that they were everywhere, against the enthusiasm of Biden voters,  one has to question the reported vote counts.  Then there are the many reports of states stopping the vote count, only to resume hours later and miraculously there are now huge numbers of ballots that .. .surprise!... are all for Biden.  It's like Trump is being Al Frankened or something.  Oh, and it turns out that a number of states use a software, and voting machines that are controlled by foreign companies, and are designed to allow voting interference.  Wow!   Oh, and the CIA has done exactly this kind of operation in foreign countries, but of course they wouldn't do it here.  Riiiigghht.

Second, there is  this from Townhall.com by Beth Baumann.  Baumann writes that Powell claims to have sufficient evidence to start a criminal investigation:
"We're fixing to overturn the election results in multiple states and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but my millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose," Powell explained. "We have sworn witness testimony about why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections."
According to Powell, the witness that the Trump team has is someone who has seen elections rigged in other countries. Those same tactics and software were allegedly deployed to the United States. "They did this on purpose. It was calculated. They've done it before," she said.
"We have evidence of 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it's coming in through a fire hose."
It feels like a Tom Clancy novel, doesn't it? And just like a Tom Clancy novel, you have to figure that those who are the targets of this investigation have to have figured out who that "sworn witness" is, and probably have ways to get to him. He may be protected, but his family is not. If they have worked with him, or her, they know the right buttons to push. I will add him to my prayers.

The smell test says to me at least the the declaration of Biden as President Elect is an attempted coup.  I will not say that everyone who has fallen for it is in on the conspiracy.  Indeed, a lot of them are people who Lennin called "useful idiots."  But the people at the top truly should be tried as traitors.  And those who committed fraud should be prosecuted for exactly that.

Oh, and the Democrat party should be swatted down so hard it never rises again.  Their acceptance of Marxists, Socialists, Fascists and Communists in their midst shows an extreme lack of judgment.  People who are Marxist (and I include here Socialists, Fascists, and Communists) should have to run under their own banner, and not sully the Democrat name, assuming the Democrats care about their brand.  We Americans can no longer afford to let these people hide in plain sight among the rest of us.  They should be forced to declare themselves and be voted for or against honestly.  I am looking at you, Chuckie Schumer.

Interesting Times

The Uninvited Ombudsman,  Alan Korwin has the bill that the Democrats intend to introduce as soon as Joe Biden is inaugurated.

Go ahead, read the bill.  I'll wait.

Read it.  Good.  Please note that the bill is absolutely unconstitutional.  Apparently Democrats do not care, which should tell you everything you need to know.   Of course, even with an Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court, there is no guarantees that the Court would rule the law unconstitutional, that is if they decided to hear it.

Interesting times.

I know that my Redeemer lives

So President Trump is contesting this election, AS HE SHOULD, through both lawsuits, and through investigation of credible reports of fraud.  Presumably, some investigations will yield prosecutions, although if the Durham investigation is any indicator, it will be a lot of sound and fury amounting to nothing at all.  None of the conspirators will ever be prosecuted or spend time behind bars.  Sad.  He should perhaps continue the fight through rallies in which he gets the truth out to Trump voters because he is being censored by social media and the MSM.

I pray daily that the God of Creation will not take his hand off the shoulder of President Trump, or the United States.  I pray that those in need of healing should receive it, especially Rush Limbaugh.  But then after laying all these things and more before my Lord and Savior, I put it to Him that whatever I have prayed about should be taken as my concerns, and that His will should be done in all circumstances.

I pray this way because, as Ellie Reynolds notes at The Federalist today, Christians Aren't In Existential Despair If Biden Won, Because Government Isn't Our God. At the same time, we Christians should be active in our government affairs. And yes, we should fight it when there is fraud or injustice in the elections.

As Christians, that’s how we should approach the electoral process — both before and after the results are announced. We should be educated and enthusiastically involved in our governing authority. We should surely fight to protect our families, our right to worship, and the rights of those who cannot defend themselves. But at the end of the day, we do all we can and then leave the results in eternal hands.
We preach that Christ alone is the hope of our salvation. But how graciously we handle the results of this election will show those around us whether we mean it.
That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be rightly concerned about protecting the electoral process where there is evidence of voter fraud. It also doesn’t mean we should give up being politically involved or holding our elected officials accountable for their words and actions. Advocating for liberty and justice in the civic process is a legitimate and necessary calling.
Still, Christians have a right to be concerned when governments, such as that of Gavin Newsom in California close down churches and prevent them for administering the sacraments. Churchs should not accede to such dictatorial behavior from any authority. As St. Paul noted governments exist to serve mankind, not to strip them of their God given rights. Those rights, including the free exercise of our religion, as guaranteed in the Constitution, is not limited by the existence of a pandemic, an epidemic, or indeed, other supposed emergency. Our rights exist in good times and bad, indeed under all circumstances.  Even putting conditions of church services such as the wearing of masks and no singing is, in my opinion, an imposition too far.

Christians have had it relatively good in the United States. We haven't been fed to the lions, after all, nor have wee been executed by beheading, as those in Muslim countries experience...at least not yet. We can be grateful for that.  But at the same time, that does not mean we can be complacent.  Christ suffered and died for us, do we not need to show some courage in the face of mild persecution?

I will leave you with this:
I know that my Redeemer lives.
What comfort this sweet sentence gives!
He lives, He lives who once was dead
He lives, my ever-living Head

The Soap Box and the Ballot Box Have Been Stolen From Us...

Andrew Pollack yesterday had an article up at  Townhall.com in which he points out that these are the times when the Second Amendment is most needed. He also notes that the rights guaranteed in Second Amendment, like the Rights guaranteed in the other Amendments, are given to individuals by Our Creator, not by government. Only God himself can take these away. (For the record, I would point out as well that the life of the unborn is similarly granted by God, and only God has a right to take it away. No human has that right.)

Pollack's article, entitled A Dark Moment For Democracy Affirms the Need for the Second Amendment, first sets the table:
Shortly before the election, Biden tweeted that he would ban “assault weapons,” implement “universal background checks,” and enact other allegedly “common sense” gun reform laws.
If he proves the victor, and the Democrats win the remaining races in Georgia, America will see an unprecedented assault on the Second Amendment. A Biden Department of Justice would try to bankrupt gun manufacturers in court. And gun confiscation would be on the table, given that Biden has promised to put Beto O’Rourke, who famously said “Hell yes, we are going to take your AR-15s,” in charge of his administration’s gun policies.
Fortunately, over the last six months gun sales – especially to first-time gun-buyers – have shattered all historic records. This is because for hundreds of thousands of Americans, 2020 has settled the gun control arguments they hear so often in the media. The question “what could anyone need an AR-15 for?” has been answered by images of store owners standing guard against a mob with that gun as their neighbor’s businesses burned to the ground.
Pollack goes on to note that the argument that we can rely on the police to protect us has been thoroughly debunked by the fact that the police stood by while these businesses were burned to the ground. And of course, when a Trump supporter was murdered, the police were nowhere to be found. But then, the police have never been in place to guard our individual lives. That is our job. The police are there to protect the public at large. They do this by investigating a crime after it has been committed (unless it's a crime committed by Democrats...), and assigning to the Courts the job of deciding the guilt of innocence of the alleged perpetrators. In finding and punishing the perpetrators, they make it safer for all of us.

Pollack is quick to note that our Founding Fathers, those all to fallible men who nonetheless wrote an inspired framework for our Republic, also studied history:
Our founding fathers placed the right to keep and bear arms second, just after the right to freedom of speech and peaceful assembly, in the Bill of Rights because they studied enough history to know what tyrannical governments can and will do to an unarmed populace. Because of their wisdom, America never descended into the totalitarian horrors experienced by our counterparts in Russia, Germany, France, and China.
The Second Amendment is not, of course, the sole reason why America has been exceptional in this regard. Our separation of powers, checks and balances, emphasis on federalism and decentralization, combined with a citizenry that prided itself in temperance, prudence, hard work, and fear of G-d all taken together have been a bulwark against tyranny. Unfortunately, however, as has long been the case in other countries, there is now a powerful force working its way through our government that sees all of these civic institutions and virtuous dispositions as problems that must be eradicated along the road to a utopia.
Speaking of the horrors that awaited other nations when their governments turned tyrannical, I would advise you to look at what Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants to do. I would say that those being targeted for Stalinist show trials might want to take advantage of the Second Amendment.

When the soap box and the ballot box have been taken from you,,, you still get to vote.

Trump Is Right To Fight For This Election. He Is Fighting It For Us.

Trumps is right, of course, that the election is being stolen from him.  Worse, it appears it is being stolen by the Deep State using software developed by the CIA for use in other countries.  Now, I certainly don't condone stealing the election of other countries' leaders, so I am certainly appalled that it appears to be happening here.  Whomever is doing this, they are clearly traitors, and deserve to be tried as such.

First, let us turn to Andrea Widberg, writing at the  American Thinker in a post entitled Two so-called conspiracy theories may be true! Here's the pull quote:

The first theory holds that the Democrats are hacking the election using a supercomputer system called the Hammer. A CIA contractor named Dennis Montgomery created the system, and the Obama-Biden administration already weaponized it in 2012. The Hammer has an application called the Scorecard that invisibly tampers with computers when election data get transferred from one computer system to another
Of course, Widberg isn't the only one reporting this. No less than Sydney Powell, General Flynn's attorney has revealed that they have evidence of the use of Scorecard. Then there is Lt. General Tom McInnerney warning of Democrat election fraud using Scorecard. Ok, so that is actual evidence. But Trump supporters could smell a rat by looking at the timelines, and the vote counts. Marc Shepperd has an article over at the American Thinker in which he analyses precisely these very timelines and mathmatical impossibilities. The article is entitled American Coup Victims Will Not Go Quietly.
A record number of Americans fought an unusual number of hardships to make certain their voices were heard in the selection of our next president. And, given the stark difference in the candidates’ visions for America’s future and the growing national divide, that choice was surely not made lightly.
So, when we on the right observed one “irregularity” after another on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, what we needed were answers and transparency. What we got were evasions and coverups.
Keep in mind that we have endured over the past 4 years a seeming century’s worth of dishonesty, hoaxes, threats, wild conspiracy theories and widespread corruption from those on the left. Indeed, Liberals appear to have made sport of treating Donald Trump and his supporters much like a cat treats a litter-box. And we got the message: There is no limit to just how low they are willing to sink.
To get an idea of just how vanishingly small the probability of thousands of ballots appearing from a certain district in which all of the are for one candidate. Take a poll, as an example. Even relatively small polls with sample size in the 2 or 300 range will have a certain percentage for each candidate and of course there will always be the undecided, or "I don't know" group. But here, thousands of ballots magically appeared for Biden, none for Trump or the other candidates on the presidential ballot. This does not happen. Then you have to have this same phenomenon happen again and again in multiple states. It beggars belief!

As for those who keep saying "show me the evidence," it is there for anyone with eyes to see.  You are studiously ignoring it.

Unfortunately, I think Bill Barr has been running out the clock on investigating and convicting those who were in on the first coup against this President.  The lack of consequences has led to the enormity of this stolen election.  I don't think Trump has time enough left to get to the bottom of the enormity of what has been done to him, and consequently to what has been done to everyone who voted for him.  Our votes have been stolen.  We have all been disenfranchised.

In the 1960 election, the race was apparently stolen for Kennedy by the Chicago Democrat machine, who raises the dead long enough to vote for, who else, John Kennedy.  Richard Nixon decided to let it go, graciously conceding the election supposedly for the good of the country.  I say Balderdash!  A lot of people voted for Nixon, and if their votes were stolen, Nixon had an obligation to fight for them.  And if he had, we might not be in this predicament now.  Trump is right to fight this, because he is not just fighting for himself, but he is fighting for the millions who showed up to vote for him.  We deserve better.

An Open Letter To My Democrat Friends

Diane Mary Sitek has an article at  the American Thinker entitled Another American Suicide Attempt that questions what exactly the other half of the country seems to believe.? Frankly, I  think she doesn't go far enough.  I suspect that many of these voters are simply uninformed people who are voting this way out of ignorance and habit. But one can not but help having a suspicion that there is also evil stalking the land.

So, with that in mind, let me tell my Democrat friends exactly who and what they are voting for, because I don't think they quite understand.  They are voting for a party that insists that the killing of innocent babies be legal from conception right up to just after birth.  They even insist that you pay for it.  They use language like "abortion" and "fetus" to soften the sound of it. but at heart, they are killing children.  Then, the same party insists that it is wrong to execute a convicted murderer.  These two positions, by the way, can not be logically held by the same mind.

This is the party that ran in North Carolina, a known philanderer, Cal Cunningham, for the Senate.  Indeed, they spent $50 million on this guy, who had an affair with a junior officer's wife, against the Uniform Code of Justice.  Now, I will admit that his challenger, Thom Tillis, is not my idea of a good Republican, but at least he hasn't been caught being unfaithful to his wife, while making his wife and children as the centerpiece of his campaign.  In South Carolina, the Democrats spent an astounding $100 million to unseat Lindsay Graham.  There can be no logical explanation for these expenditures except that, as Graham noted, they want power that badly.

Then there is Biden himself.  This is a man who had to drop out of a previous Presidential primary because he was caught plagiarizing a speech.  His son sold access to the Vice President to countries that do not have America's interests at heart.  His character is, to put in mildly, corrupted.  I know many of you think that Trump is racist, homophobic, xenophobic, etc,  But outside of what the media say about him, what has Trump himself said or done to justify this list of horribles?  Look at the fact that both Blacks, and Hispanics have substantially increased their votes for him.  So, we have a proven corrupt individual versus one who is the subject of scurrilous rumor.  The most that you can say is that Trump tweets mean things.  Really are you such a delicate flower that you actually wilt under such tweets.  I didn't think so.

And then there is his Vice Presidential candidate, Kamala Harris.  Frankly, she is a lightweight, who would be swamped on the World stage.  Indeed, voters and donors were so unimpressed, that she dropped out of the primary before a single vote had been cast.  Picking this small individual who trades on her racial identity to win points in a debate shows poor judgement on Biden's part, another reason not to vote for him.

Rush Limbaugh has stated on numerous occasions that he has trouble avoiding being repetitive because  conservative principles do not change,   This makes the job of Senate Majority Leader McConnell difficult, because getting Republicans on the same page is like herding cats.  Minority Leader Schumer has less of a problem because Democrats tend to vote in lockstep.  So, every time you send a Democrat to Congress, you are supporting the party line.  And the party line, as noted above, is positively evil.

The Republican party was established in 1856 as an Abolitionist (meaning anti slavery) party.  The first Republican President, Abraham Lincoln wrote the famous Emancipation Proclamation.  Republicans passed the amendments to the Constitution that granted freedom to the slaves and Constitutional rights to the Blacks.  Republicans were following the Constitution, as well as Christian principles by doing these things.  Democrats response?  The founding of the KKK, and Black Codes.

Meanwhile, an organization calling itself Black Lives Matter has been rampaging through American cities, looting, rioting, and sometimes murdering, supposedly because George Floyd died in police custody.  But, how does the burning of a business owned by someone who is NOT the police, who isn't even in the city where George Floyd was killed, somehow justified?  The officers involved in Floyd's death of course should be investigated.  But the rest of it can not be justified.  Yet, your party puts up with it., indeed encourages it.

And then there are people like Robert Reich, former Labor Secretary in the Clinton administration, who said this:

“When this nightmare is over, we need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission,” Reich tweeted. “It would erase Trump’s lies, comfort those who have been harmed by his hatefulness, and name every official, politician, executive, and media mogul whose greed and cowardice enabled this catastrophe.”
Truth and Reconciliation is a nice way of saying Stalinist show trials, where, after the victim confesses his "sins" he is taken out and shot. Is this what you really want?  Indeed, do you really want the United States to become Cuba, Venezuela, the old Soviet Union, or Communist China?  Really?

Update:  Here.

Emergency Democrat Ballots

Kevin has a great picture at   The Smallest Minority  I would remind gentle readers that this was exactly how Al Franken "won" his election to the Senate. After the fact, during subsequent recounts, at some point someone "found" some overlooked ballots in his trunk. And guess what? They all happened to be for...wait for it...Al Franken! Amazing!
