The Newbius Papers alerts us to Attorney General Eric Holder's stated goal of re-imposing a so called "assault weapon ban" in the name of controlling violence on the Mexican border. Hat tip to the War on Guns. I titled my post "ratcheting up" because the the gun grabbers have already fired the first salvo in North Carolina by putting up their Ammunition Accountability nonsense.
