The Epoch Times has an article today entitled 228 Republican Lawmakers Urge Supreme Court to Overturn Roe v. Wade.
For any possible new gentle readers here, I feel that abortion under most circumstances is murder. So, it gladdens my heart to see that the Court may overturn it, which will put it back into the hands of the various states. Abortion will not go away, instead, by overturning Roe v. Wade, it will allow the states to determine their own regulation of the practice, as they always should have been.
Beyond that, it is true that Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided. Blackmun pulled this out of thin air justifying it with high faluten langage about penumbras and emanations. No one was ever fooled.
I pray they rule well.
